Welcome to Esperanza Plus Home Care, a local, family-owned and operated home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, life-changing care to our community. We proudly offer both medical home health services and non-medical home care services, allowing us to support clients across a wide range of care needs.
Founded by a caregiver who has devoted her entire life to healthcare, our agency was born from a vision of elevating home care to the next level. Her passion for helping others drives our commitment to delivering the highest quality care while allowing clients to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.
At Esperanza Plus Home Care, we believe exceptional care begins with exceptional caregivers. We know our caregivers personally, allowing us to carefully match each client with the right caregiver based on needs, personalities, and care goals. All of our caregivers are certified, trained, and highly experienced. Our agency is fully licensed, bonded, and insured, providing an added layer of security and peace of mind.
In addition to our caregiving team, we offer access to an in-home visiting nurse, allowing us to provide skilled nursing services such as health monitoring, patient education, and coordination of medical care when needed. Our caregivers and nursing staff work together to ensure continuity of care and support better health outcomes.
We meticulously vet, interview, and background-check every team member to ensure they possess not only the required skills, but also a genuine commitment to compassionate service. Most of our caregivers bring over 10 years of experience in the field, and all receive ongoing training directly from a registered nurse (RN) to stay current with best practices in home care.
